Each Dextra service must follow an internal action protocol, where tasks, timings and responsibilities are defined.
A Project Manager is assigned to each client/project. Several countries and activities are involved in many occasions, but there is always one Dextra responsible person that internally coordinates all the different stages and actions.
On a weekly interdepartamental meeting, Dextra team reviews the critical points of each project in order to define the actions to be taken with clients, authorities, local partners and distributors.
Fortnightly, Dextra group organizes a meeting between headquarters and the different branches´ managers to properly follow the needs and clients in each region, with the aim of providing synergies to our clients and properly following the intercontinental projects.
